Meet Jon, General Manager

He received his bachelor of arts degree in finance and management from California State University, Long Beach, and master of business administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.

Jon spent 30 years with the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, culminating his career as Vice President of Strategic Development. His role at ReFresh is behind the scenes to ensure that we continue to exceed our patients’ expectations. He manages our aesthetic team and provides us with the latest in technology and best business practices, all with integrity and passion.

In Jon’s spare time, he hangs out with his two sons and enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife, Dawn. He also volunteers time at his church and has co-led a men’s leadership group for nearly a decade.

Meet Tamara, Practice Manager

Tamara brings to ReFresh more than 30 years of experience in business management, project management, marketing, visual merchandising, and sales. Her previous management background was in retail and designer apparel, where she traveled extensively throughout the United States managing all aspects of store operations. Her education is in Business Management (BA) and Fashion Merchandising, and Marketing (AA). Additionally, with a passion for skincare, Tamara furthered her education in aesthetics and is a licensed aesthetician.

Her unique background and skill set allow her to bring many attributes to ReFresh, including operational management and analysis, human-resources, visual merchandising, education, and sales. As ReFresh’s Practice Manager for the past five years, she manages many aspects of business operations, human resources, purchasing, sales, and training. She works closely with all team members and our management team to ensure we provide the best customer service and patient care.

On a personal note, Tamara resides in Shorewood with her husband, two dogs, and parrot. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, and making gourmet chocolates.

Meet Tessa, Operations & Aesthetic Coordinator

Having worked with Dawn Sagrillo for more than 10 years, Tessa brings to ReFresh Aesthetic Center^™ a wealth of knowledge and experience in medical aesthetics. Many of our patients know and love Tessa, as she has developed a strong relationship with them over many years.

As ReFresh’s Operations and Aesthetic Coordinator, Tessa wears many hats! Most importantly, she enjoys taking time with all patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door until their treatment process is complete, which includes post-procedure care. With Tessa’s knowledge in both surgical and nonsurgical aesthetics, she serves as a wonderful educational resource. She also has a gentle, sensitive demeanor when interacting with patients both by phone and in our center, assuring them of the utmost confidentiality.

With two young sons and daughter at home, Tessa and her fiancé Andrew stay busy and enjoy every minute of it! During their free time, they relish days at the park, relaxing by Lake Michigan, and attending their kids’ sports games.

Meet Kelly, HR/Client Relations Coordinator & Aesthetic Concierge

Kelly joins ReFresh with more than 15 years of inside/outside sales, consulting, client relations/development, and project management experience. Her diverse background and past pharmaceutical sales experience make her a valuable addition to the ReFresh team. Kelly’s role at ReFresh is as diverse as her background, in that she wears many hats. She assists management with client-retention analysis, client relations, and human resource projects. She is also a key member at our front desk and assists with the coordination of all daily business. Kelly holds a bachelor of arts degree in business marketing.

Kelly has traveled extensively and has lived in many areas of the United States. She currently resides in Whitefish Bay with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she loves to be with her family: husband, two active boys, her wonderful mother, and her two Bichons. She loves to travel and enjoys the theater, gardening, antique shopping with her mom, and playing sports with her boys.

Meet Sarah, Aesthetic Concierge & Clinical Assistant

Sarah joined our ReFresh team in 2019. She is also currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and studying nursing, with aspirations to become an aesthetic nurse in the future. Her strong interest in the field of aesthetics led her to ReFresh Aesthetic Center.

You will see Sarah’s smiling face and warm personality greet you as one of our Aesthetic Concierges. She is also ready to assist you with clinical skincare recommendations in our SkinEssentials Store. When Sarah is not at our front desk, she may be assisting our Clinical Director and other providers with clients.

In Sarah’s leisure time, she enjoys baking or spending time at the beach during the warmer months. She currently resides in Milwaukee with three roommates and a kitten named Wendy.

Meet Meike, Aesthetic Concierge & Marketing Coordinator

After working in corporate brand management and marketing for 14 years, Meike has joined ReFresh in spring 2021 as one of our Marketing Coordinators and Aesthetic Concierges.

At ReFresh Meike’s role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, where she is able to apply many of the skills she learned in her corporate career. Meike also supports Dawn in the project management of key business initiatives. She is a member of the front desk team and assists with the smooth running of daily operations. Meike has a smile for everyone and works with the rest of the team to ensure every patient has a great experience when they walk through the doors of ReFresh. Meike holds a bachelor degree in marketing and finance as part of the European Business Program.

Meike originates from Europe, speaks five languages and has moved all over the world before settling in Wisconsin. She now lives in Mequon with her husband, two children and puppy Cosmo. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis and golf as well as baking with her teenage daughter. Her passion is creating beautiful special occasion cakes.

Meet Loredana, Clinical Assistant

Loredana joined ReFresh Aesthetic Center with over five years of experience in the medical/dental field. She is currently in school at WCTC, in a Master Aesthetics program.

Loredana wears many hats at ReFresh. She supports our Clinical Director, Dawn, along with our other providers as a clinical assistant. She also welcomes patients as one of our Aesthetic Concierges. Loredana loves anything social media and takes part in many of the fun and informative content you will find on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Loredana brings a warm and refreshing touch to our ReFresh family. She comes from a large Italian family, and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. Loredana enjoys traveling and all things beauty and fashion.

Meet Meg, Aesthetic Concierge & Merchandising Coordinator

Meg has been a friendly face and a helpful hand at ReFresh for over 7 years. She has a passion for skincare, a thirst for knowledge, and loves helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. With her warm personality, Meg makes everyone feel welcome when they walk through the doors of ReFresh. With Meg’s organizational skills and eye for merchandising, she assists with creating product displays and helps keep our Center looking ReFreshed.

Previous to working at ReFresh, Meg worked in the dental field for over 10 years. She lives in Fox Point with her husband Kevin, whom she has been married to for over 30 years. They have two adult daughters, who Meg enjoys spending time with whenever she can. Meg’s favorite hobby is being out in nature with animals. In her spare time, she is a Falconer and works with birds of prey. Meg has her own tiny Kestrel, Amelia, who she loves to take outside to fly.
