ReFresh Membership CARDS must be paid in full and & non-refundable. CARD benefits expire after 365 days. Funds do not expire. Funds cannot be used to purchase any other Gift Card, Membership promotion, or Anniversary Event Service Promotion. CARD benefits do not apply to weight management & hormone replacement therapy treatments. CARD benefits cannot be combined with any other discounts, including package discounts. We will always use the CARD benefit or promotion that is best for you.

ReFresh Memberships are a 1-year contract and can be paid monthly or in full (5% savings). If memberships are canceled before completing 11 months, the member will be responsible for paying the difference in treatments if the value of services received exceeds payments made. Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. ReFresh Aesthetic Center reserves the right to refuse services if there are any delinquent or outstanding balance(s) owed or unpaid membership fees. Members must agree to provide a credit card on file with current and accurate contact and billing information. Memberships cannot be refunded or frozen, and any unused services within the membership will be forfeited if not used. No credits will be given on any changes made to the services listed within the membership.

Ala Carte: All prepaid services are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire 365 days from purchase. No exchanges or substitutions are allowed. These offers may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
