The ReFresh Aesthetic Center® team is made up of experienced, licensed, certified nurse practitioners, physician associates, registered nurses, aestheticians, laser technicians and administrative professionals. All are committed to welcoming each patient and client to our tranquil offices in Whitefish Bay near Downtown Milwaukee. Kevin Robertson

ReFresh Aesthetic Center is proud to have Dr. Robertson as its Medical Director. Our Clinical Director, Dawn Sagrillo, has known and respected Dr. Robertson and his team for two decades. They have collaborated on medical aesthetic education, training, and best business practices over these years. Both Dr. Robertson and Dawn serve as Allergan Medical Institute Faculty and Advisory Board Members, sharing similar philosophies in the care and treatment of their aesthetic patients. Kevin Robertson, MD, completed his undergraduate work at Duke University, his medical education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his residency specializing in head and neck surgery at the University of Illinois, and his fellowship specializing in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at an Emory University-associated private practice in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Robertson was hired as an Assistant Professor of Surgery and the first Director of Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He continued to serve the university full-time as a surgical instructor, researcher, and mentor until 2003, when the private practice of Robertson Plastic Surgery was created. Dr. Robertson is Double Board Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Head and Neck Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also an associate of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Robertson opened his private practice clinic in 2003 to provide more personalized services and complete patient satisfaction with regards to privacy, safety, comfort, and natural appearing results. His private on-site operating suite allows for a safe, comfortable, and discrete surgical experience, all without a hospital stay. When it comes to facial aesthetic surgery, Dr. Robertson’s caring team of dedicated OR staff is there specifically for you so that you can rest assured that all aspects of your comfort and safety are taken into consideration on that big day.

Sarah Rosen

MD, Facial Plastic Surgeon

Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Sarah Rosen is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who brings a unique female perspective to facial plastic surgery in Wisconsin. Dr. Rosen is committed to providing her patients with the utmost quality experience as well as natural-looking results, based on a patient’s individualized goals and unique facial anatomy.

After completing undergraduate and medical training at world-renowned institutions in the United Kingdom, Dr. Rosen then went on to complete her residency training in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, in Madison. During this time, she was mentored by experts in the field, served on several leadership, patient safety, and education committees, and authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and national/international presentations. Dr. Rosen then was selected for a highly sought-after, accredited fellowship through the Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Austin, Texas where she received additional advanced training in all areas of cosmetic facial surgery including face and neck lifting, eyelid and brow surgery, primary and revision rhinoplasty, and facial fat grafting, as well as skin cancer reconstruction.

With Dr Rosen joining Robertson Cosmetic Center, we at ReFresh are thrilled to now collaborate with her, along with Dr Kevin Robertson, for facial rejuvenation surgery consultations. Jennifer Nicpon

Director of Wellness, RF Wellness Lounge

Jennifer Nicpon joined the ReFresh Team in the Summer 2024 as our Director of Wellness. Her career in healthcare started in the early 1990s as a certified nursing assistant. She then earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from UW-Milwaukee in 1996, and her master’s degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1998 (also from UW-Milwaukee).

Jenny has been a board-certified nurse practitioner for over 26 years in various health care settings, including pediatrics, free clinics, adult and pediatric gastroenterology and retail clinics. She then found her passion for clinical dermatology and has worked in this specialty for over 21 years. Jenny also holds a National Certification as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner.

Jenny’s love for learning led her back to Concordia University to continue to pursue further education.  She graduated in 2015 with her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Her dedication to patient care is one of her top priorities.  She also keeps current in evidence-based practice and has published multiple articles in the field of dermatology in peer-reviewed journals. Along with her above pursuits, “Dr Jenny” is helping to influence future advanced practice nurses as a Professor in Graduate Nursing at Concordia University.

Outside of her career, Jenny grew up in West Bend and now resides in Richfield with her husband of 28 years.  They have four children, almost all adults now! She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, gardening, and spoiling her dog, Archie. Dr Jenny looks forward to helping our ReFresh patients achieve the level of wellness they are seeking in their lives.

Meet Jessica, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Jessica attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and graduated with honors in 2018 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She then began her nursing career, working for RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago for 3 years in the ICU/Medical Surgical Unit.
During this time, she honed her technical nursing skills and foundational knowledge, giving her a strong clinical skillset to begin her aesthetic nursing career. Additionally, Jessica perfected her soft nursing skills such as critical thinking and integrity by caring for the sickest patients with COVID19 over the last three years.
After 3 years in critical care, and “missing” the artistry in aesthetics from growing up within a Day Spa in Glen Ellyn, IL, Jessica made the transition into aesthetics 1.5 years ago. She discovered her true passion to be an aesthetic nurse! She started her aesthetic journey training alongside an advanced nurse injector in Oakbrook, IL learning assessment techniques, safety, and developing her aesthetic eye. Subsequently, Jessica began two positions, one in a medical spa in Chicago and one in Hinsdale as a nurse injector.
Jessica is excited to bring aesthetic nursing skillset and outgoing personality to our ReFresh clients. She is is a perfect fit for our Aesthetic Nursing Team. We believe Jessica will be looking at our clients with the same aesthetic lenses and provide gentle touch to deliver results that make you look and feel your ReFreshed best!

Kasey Penshorn

BSN, RN

Kasey attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent the last 9 years working as a bedside RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit before following her passion of becoming an aesthetic nurse specialist.

Kasey’s time spent in critical care has created a strong clinical foundation for her position at ReFresh. She invested time into mastering facial anatomy and the why behind injecting prior to beginning her aesthetic career. Kasey’s passion is to educate every patient, understand their aesthetic goals, and make them feel and look their best by creating a natural, holistic treatment plan. 

Kasey brings a caring demeanor, positive attitude and gentle touch to patient consultations and treatments. She is excited to continue to learn and grow with the ReFresh team, all while helping people find their outward confidence and beauty. 

On a personal note, Kasey enjoys trying new restaurants, staying active by golfing and attending workout classes and loves a good Rom Com-shoutout Matthew McConaughey. She is getting married in October and would love to help create a treatment plan for other brides to be.

With over six years at ReFresh Aesthetic Center, Sarah has had the unique opportunity to grow into her position as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, with hands-on experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, working alongside our expert aesthetic nursing team. She has been mentored and trained by our Clinical Director, Dawn Sagrillo, MSN, AGNP-C, APNP, CANS, which has shaped her advanced understanding of medical aesthetic treatments and patient care.

Sarah specializes in neuromodulators such as Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Daxxify®, as well as dermal fillers, SkinVive™, Sculptra®, and Kybella®, along with wellness services and specialty skincare/device treatments. Her approach to aesthetic medicine is always thoughtful and personalized—each treatment plan is tailored to enhance your natural beauty while supporting your confidence and goals.

Caitlin Catarozoli

Meet Caitlin Catarozoli, Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, CoolSculpting Specialist & Make-Up Artist

Caitlin has always had a passion for the aesthetics industry. She graduated from Vici Aveda Institute with her certification and licensure in esthiology. She furthered her certifications in microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and chemical peels from the Mequon Thiensville School of Esthetics, along with a certification in TEMPTU airbrush makeup.

In her more than seven years at ReFresh, Caitlin expanded her focus on medical aesthetics into lasers, light treatments and body contouring. She received her Master CoolSculpting Expert national training in 2023. Caitlin has also furthered her knowledge and expertise in lasers by completing an advanced laser course with Mint Aesthetics, also in 2023.

Additionally, Caitlin earned her associate of arts degree in fashion merchandising. Her interest in fashion and makeup led her to become a fashion show and event coordinator with various Milwaukee and Chicago-based companies since 2010. Caitlin has also worked as a freelance makeup artist, having had the opportunity to work at New York’s prestigious Fashion Week since 2010. In addition to providing makeup artistry throughout the United States, she has traveled to Europe, working with top models and fashion magazines. 

With the variety of skill sets that Caitlin brings to ReFresh, she is able to curate treatment plans specific to the skin needs of each individual she sees.

On a personal note, Caitlin loves spending time with her two young daughters. She enjoys travel, experiencing different cultures, spending time outdoors, and researching new aesthetic trends.

Loredana Pitti

Meet Loredana, Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician

Loredana joined ReFresh Aesthetic Center with over five years of previous experience in the medical/dental field. She graduated from the Master Aesthetics Program at WCTC with an Associate of Applied Science degree.

Loredana has always had a passion for aesthetics and loves to make her patients feel confident and rejuvenated. She stays current with continuing education to keep up with the latest technologies and trends. One of her favorite treatments is the MOXI(R) laser by Sciton because of its suitability for all skin types, minimal downtime and opportunity to deliver beautiful, glowing skin.

Loredana is loved by her patients for her warm, friendly personality and her thorough yet gentle touch during treatments. She comes from a large Italian family and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. Loredana has a passion for traveling, is a huge foodie and loves all things beauty and fashion.

Jennifer Greco,

With over 15 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician serving patients across Illinois and Milwaukee, Jennifer Greco has established herself as a trusted leader in the field of medical aesthetics. She is a distinguished Sciton Key Opinion Leader and Training Partner as well as an Allergan Medical Institute National Trainer, proudly representing DiamondGlow®.

Jennifer has performed more than 15,000 Broad Band Light (BBL®) treatments, making her one of the most experienced providers in the country. Her expertise also extends to advanced modalities including HALO®, Moxi®, Hydrafacial®, Microneedling, Radiofrequency Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Sofwave®.

Beyond her technical skills, Jennifer is deeply passionate about skincare and education. She is committed not only to transforming her patients’ skin, but also to empowering fellow providers to grow and succeed in our specialty. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University, Casey pairs technical expertise with clear, thoughtful communication—helping patients understand their treatments, feel confident in their next steps, and enjoy a truly personalized care experience.

Committed to lifelong learning, Casey continually invests in advanced training to ensure her patients receive the most effective, up-to-date treatments available. Some of her certifications include Skin Masterclass PRO Partner, MBK Acne Specialist, Dr. Bitter’s BBL® HEROic™ Master Certified, ZO® Skin Health Expert, VISIA® Facial Imaging & Analysis Certified, Corrective Aesthetics Certified (Estelle Skincare & Spa Institute), and Douglas Preston’s 5-Star Facial Trained, among others. Jon spent 30 years with the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, culminating his career as Vice President of Strategic Development. His role at ReFresh is behind the scenes to ensure that we continue to exceed our patients’ expectations. He manages our aesthetic team and provides us with the latest in technology and best business practices, all with integrity and passion.

In Jon’s spare time, he hangs out with his two sons and enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife, Dawn. He also volunteers time at his church and has co-led a men’s leadership group for nearly a decade.

Tessa E. Bolle

Meet Tessa, Operations & Aesthetic Coordinator

Having worked with Dawn Sagrillo for more than 10 years, Tessa brings to ReFresh Aesthetic Center™ a wealth of knowledge and experience in medical aesthetics. Many of our patients know and love Tessa, as she has developed a strong relationship with them over many years.

As ReFresh’s Operations and Aesthetic Coordinator, Tessa wears many hats! Most importantly, she enjoys taking time with all patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door until their treatment process is complete, which includes post-procedure care. With Tessa’s knowledge in both surgical and nonsurgical aesthetics, she serves as a wonderful educational resource. She also has a gentle, sensitive demeanor when interacting with patients both by phone and in our center, assuring them of the utmost confidentiality.

With two young sons and daughter at home, Tessa and her fiancé Andrew stay busy and enjoy every minute of it! During their free time, they relish days at the park, relaxing by Lake Michigan, and attending their kids’ sports games.

Kelly joins ReFresh with more than 15 years of inside/outside sales, consulting, client relations/development, and project management experience. Her diverse background and past pharmaceutical sales experience make her a valuable addition to the ReFresh team. Kelly’s role at ReFresh is as diverse as her background, in that she wears many hats. She assists management with client-retention analysis, client relations, and human resource projects. She is also a key member at our front desk and assists with the coordination of all daily business. Kelly holds a bachelor of arts degree in business marketing.

Kelly has traveled extensively and has lived in many areas of the United States. She currently resides in Whitefish Bay with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she loves to be with her family: husband, two active boys, her wonderful mother, and her two Bichons. She loves to travel and enjoys the theater, gardening, antique shopping with her mom, and playing sports with her boys.

Her background includes managing performance systems, leading organizational design initiatives, and aligning talent strategies with business goals. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. Outside of work, Sue enjoys spending time with her friends and two college-aged children as well as staying active through golf and pickleball.
